The Saxdor 400 GTC and GTO receive three awards

Firstly, the Saxdor 400 has been awarded with the Motorboat of the Helsinki Boat Show 2024. The Saxdor 400 GTO and Saxdor 400 GTC have won the ‘Motorboat of the Show’ award. The jury specially liked the modern features of the 400 series, with amenities like the side terraces and the modular layout impressing both the public and the judges. The price-performance ratio is also an important factor, as the boats are offered at attractive prices while retaining a high build quality.

The second award is the ‘Best For Fun’ category, awarded to the Saxdor 400 at the Best of Boats 2024 night at the Berlin Boat show. Recognized for its innovative design, exceptional versatility, and seamless connection to the water, the Saxdor 400 GTC has set a new benchmark for modern yachting experiences.

Being Europe’s largest boating panel, The Best of Boats Award jury consists of 13 nautical journalists from different countries which represent 17 leading media outlets, and as well –as a first this year - the public opinion which made for the 14th vote.

The judges have chosen to honour this model for ʺits new interpretation of fun on the water. The Finnish shipyard focuses on maximum serenity instead of high speed when it comes to fun on board. Whether sunbathing, partying on the two balconies or cruising in all sea conditions – fun is always on board this versatile and spacious 40-foot vessel”.

The award celebrates the 400 GTC’s standout features like the 360 degree view salon, fully protected from the elements, alongside the cleverly used deck space. The opening terraces, modular furniture and a smart lower deck design with the 4 sleeping accomodations sporting a large bathing room only add to the charm of the whole package.

Last, but certainly not least is the Yacht Style Awards 2025 in the ‘Motoryachts 10-13m’ category. Presented by the top industry magazine Yacht Style during the ceremony on the eve of the 2025 Singapore Yachting Festival, the award celebrates the finest in the yachting industry across the broader Asia region and internationally, highlighting excellence and creative innovation both regionally and on the global stage.
