KORKYRA 650 Pro wins CCIS Golden Award: Front-loading catamaran built for easy, inclusive access
We’re proud to share that the KORKYRA 650 Pro has received The Golden Award of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (CCIS)—a recognition of the boat’s user-first design and sustainability focus.
The Golden Award of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Slovenia (CCIS) recognizes the most innovative and sustainable achievements of Slovenian companies and innovators. These national awards, presented annually, have honored groundbreaking innovations from various sectors, including sustainable steel, biopharmaceutical processes, and green technologies.
Built around a front loading platform, the KORKYRA 650 Pro is engineered for ultimate convenience. The innovative bow design enables smooth, level boarding for passengers and effortless handling of cargo and equipment, making it ideal for both personal and professional use.
While designing the catamaran with the front loading platform, we also kept in mind scuba divers, people with disabilities, and cyclists. With accessibility and inclusivity at its core, this catamaran is perfect for diverse usage—from leisure cruises and dive operations to resort shuttles and everyday transport services.
The result is a compact, capable platform that shortens turnaround times, improves safety at the point of boarding, and opens the water to more people—exactly the kind of practical innovation the CCIS Golden Award celebrates.Designed for you
The KORKYRA 650 Pro is designed from the deck up for convenience and inclusivity. Its defining feature—a wide front loading platform—streamlines boarding for passengers and makes light work of loading gear, supplies, and bulky items. From family outings to resort shuttles, the Pro version turns “all aboard” into a one-step affair.
Built for diverse users and missions
Whether you’re welcoming scuba divers with heavy equipment, accommodating wheelchair users and those with limited mobility, or rolling on with bicycles, the KORKYRA 650 Pro keeps access simple and safe. Operators can configure the open, level deck to suit leisure charters, eco-tours, marina tenders, water-taxi roles, or resort transport.
Compact size, serious capability
Measuring 6.5 m in length with a 2.4 m beam, the KORKYRA 650 platform delivers the stable ride and deck space catamarans are known for—while remaining easy to trailer, berth, and maintain. The model is rated for up to 10 passengers, with single or twin outboards and the choice of gasoline or electric propulsion to match your operating profile.
Smart, durable construction
The KORKYRA hull is rotomoulded in multi-layer polyethylene—UV-stable, tough, and fully recyclable—offering high impact resistance and low maintenance over years of service. It’s a practical foundation for both professional and personal use in coastal waters, lakes, and rivers.
Options that work the way you do
Popular fit-outs include a double console with two seats, front seating with storage/cushions, and a protective T-top. Operators can also equip solar-ready roofs and tailor power from 40–140 hp (or twin 60s) to the mission. However you configure it, the Pro’s front loading platform remains the standout feature that unlocks faster turns and inclusive boarding.
